After final payment is paid you cannot change your order
If order is canceled you will not receive a refund
NO REFUND! NO EXCHANGES!
Next day custom orders are an extra $40 charge
No Call/No Show will not be able to book again
I WILL NOT NEGOTIATE MY PRICES AT ALL!
Custom orders must be placed two weeks in advance or it is considered a rush order
Late custom orders are an additional $35
Same day custom orders are an additional $50 extra
Please be on time for pickups
After 10 minutes of lateness there is an extra $15 late fee
After 30 minutes of lateness there is an extra $30 late fee
After 45 minutes your order will be CANCELED!
Address is sent 24 hours before pickup through email
Custom order quotes are sent with an invoice 24-48 hours after reaching out to us
Deposit must be paid with 24 hours of invoice being sent or spot will be back available
Remaining balance is due one week before order is due, if not order will be canceled
If order is considered rush order you must pay in full
After cake is picked up or dropped off it is out of our responsibility
Delivery is $5
Cake delivery is $10
If late fee is not paid, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER!
